Chateau De Chamirey, Mercurey 1er cru En Sazenay 2019

Located in the heart of Mercurey in Burgundy's Côte Chalonnaise, Château de Chamirey is one of the region's most distinguished estates. The château dates back to the 18th century, with the Devillard family's winemaking heritage stretching back generations. In 1934, the Marquis de Jouennes became one of the first producers in Mercurey to bottle wines directly at the estate, establishing a tradition of quality and independence. Today, the fifth-generation Devillard family manages approximately 37 hectares of vineyards, producing elegant, terroir-driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Their philosophy combines meticulous vineyard work with traditional winemaking to express Burgundy's distinctive character.
