Luce, Luce della Vite, IGT, 2020

Nestled in the picturesque hills of Montalcino, Tenuta Luce is a pioneering estate renowned for its distinctive interpretation of the Super Tuscan style. Established through a visionary collaboration between the Frescobaldi family, one of Tuscany’s historic winemaking dynasties, and California wine legend Robert Mondavi, Luce brought together two celebrated grape varieties: Sangiovese and Merlot. This innovative blend marries the elegance and structure of Sangiovese with the richness and velvety texture of Merlot. Today, the estate combines meticulous vineyard management, exceptional terroir and modern winemaking to produce expressive, powerful wines that embody the spirit of Montalcino

Luce is a captivating Super Tuscan that unites ripe blackberries and mulberries with delicate floral notes, sweet spices and hints of dark chocolate. Full-bodied yet beautifully balanced, it offers silky tannins, vibrant freshness and an exceptionally persistent finish, showcasing the harmonious marriage of Sangiovese and Merlot
