The first traces of the Servin family in Chablis date back to 1654 with more than 7 generations of winegrowers behind them. Now one of the largest owner-growers in Chablis with 36 hectares of vineyards on the most famous hillsides in Burgundy, producing the appellations Petit-Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru and Chablis Grand Cru, Domaine Servin produces unrivalled wines from the best terroirs in the commune of Chablis itself.

A complex wine, striking a keen balance between mineral aromas and explosive flavours on the palate. Capable of being the best of the Chablis Grands Crus it is one of the most respected. Les Preuses offers an exceptional ageing capacity. Fresh ripe apricot along with some exotic oak tones on the nose. Rich, mouth filling and saline but quite dry and backward in the mouth, hinting at stone fruits, lychee, flowers and minerals.
