Maison Albert Bichot, MERCUREY Blanc 2022

Maison Albert Bichot is a family-owned Burgundian winery, founded in 1831, with estates stretching from Chablis to Beaujolais. They are known for their commitment to organic viticulture, with all their estate wines becoming organic in 2018, and a focus on traditional, non-interventionist winemaking to create wines that express their terroir. 

Mercurey takes its name from an ancient temple built by the Romans in honor of Mercury.
With its 650 hectares, 85 Climats in Mercurey village appellation, and 32 Premier Crus, it is the largest appellation in the Côte Chalonnaise.
