Prosecco Doc Treviso Extra Dry is produced from the remaining 24 hectares in “Grave of Papadopoli” Grave of Papadopoli” Grave of Papadopoli”, an island formed by the river Piave, where an ideal soil enhances the main attributes of Prosecco: scent, freshness and balance taste.

Pale straw yellow in color. The nose is intense, sweet and fruity with predominance of apple and acacia flowers. On the palate, it is pleasant, light, fresh and smooth with harmonious acidity. Balanced, elegant and persistent. Fruity sensations in the finish.

Delicious with batter fried vegetables accompanied with raw fish. The combination with delicious Treviso radicchio dishes and the delicate casatella cheese is excellent. Also good as an aperitif.
